Project included an extensive assessment of insulation values, air infiltration, control wiring that could make this gem of a historic house near Columbia, Mo. as energy efficient as possible.
Ground source system was installed in a newly insulated basement space.
(5) field loops were installed in a backyard space that had welcomed guests and visitors to this historic space since the days of stagecoaches.
