New, well-constructed residence in Cooper County

Five ton Earthlinked System with desuperheater for potable water

Installation date: Summer 2009

Location: Cooper County - utilities supplied by COMO REC. plus propane gas

Building size: approximately 4,000 sq. ft., two levels, with walk-out basement

Five ton ground source heat pump installed in basement with auxiliary water tank storage for desuperheated water during cooling season. Loop field consisting of (5) 100 foot deep wells are bored closed to the house and filled with thermally conductive grout.

Energy savings projected to exceed an average of $200 per month with an investment payback of two or three years.
