System: Installed a (5) ton ground source heat pump with a desuperheater plus a (5) ton heat exchanger drilling through some very challenging conditions

Building Size: 4,000 sq. ft.
Problem: Heat loss in the winter = 77,484 btu's. Heat gain in the summer = 35,985
